Our personal training sessions are as individual as you. They are all about you - your goals and your needs. During your initial consultation, we will get to know you, understand your body’s history and closely listen to you describe what you’re looking to get out of your sessions.
We will design a progressive six week programme, consisting of one, two or three personal training sessions per week. Your personal training specialist will review your progress with you weekly and modify your programme as appropriate. We will also provide you with access to the SláinteLife training App preloaded with your own unique programme and enabling you to practice in between your scheduled personal training sessions.
