Mobility Classes

SláinteLife’s mobility training aims to improve the range of motion of your joints and muscles. Our mobility expert assesses your movements as you exercise via video conference. They will work with you to improve the integrity of your joints and challenge you to improve your flexibility in a careful and gentle manner.

SláinteLife’s mobility classes will help improve your posture and movements. Mobility classes can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve your body awareness
What you get
  • 3 classes per week for 4 weeks

What to expect 
  1. Warm-up – 5 minutes
  2. Mobility routine – 35 minutes
  3. Cool down – 5 minutes
  4. Debrief / Questions & Answers – 5 minutes
