Similar to a gym, a qualified Personal Trainer observes the class participants as they work out. We have developed pre-recorded video exercises which properly demonstrate best technique. Your coach ensures that you are exercising safely and motivates you to achieve your best performance. Participants are recommended to wear a fitness tracker so you can monitor your heart rate, calories burnt and track your progress from class to class.

 

Group Training provides a high calorie burning workout class that will improve your overall cardiovascular fitness.
