Alanna is a qualified personal trainer, group instructor and nutrition advisor. She has worked in one of Irelands busiest gyms with people from all age groups and levels, spending most of her time coaching people towards a healthier, happier, and fitter lifestyle.
Alanna is responsible for the design and delivery of Group Training at SláinteLife. She is highly experiences in working closely with clients to build sustainable habits to reap longterm health benefits.
Growing up Alanna has always been heavily involved in sport and has had a keen interest in how the body works. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry, but in the last 2-3 years through continuous education she has solely built her career in the health and fitness world. Alanna is currently undertaking a post graduate degree in Nutrition.
