Everyone who joins SláinteLife as a client or member will be required to undertake a free personal consultation to ensure that their individual requirements and needs are fully understood and met. The objectives are to ensure that the individual is confident and comfortable with the service selected.

SláinteLife Foundation Course

We welcome all ages and experience levels. If you have less than 3 months of prior strength and conditioning training or you have not worked out for a considerable time, you are required to enrol in our Foundation Course — A two week course, 1 individual assessment and 4 private one-to-one 45 min sessions led by one of our mobility experts. We will teach you the basics and have you feeling confident, capable and ready to tackle our group classes. If you have 3+ months of experience, you can skip ahead and jump right into our classes after choosing a membership.

SláinteLife Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are as individual as you. They are all about you - your goals and your needs. During your initial consultation, we will get to know you, understand your body’s history and closely listen to you describe what you’re looking to get out of your sessions.

We will design a progressive six week programme, consisting of one, two or three personal training sessions per week. Your personal training specialist will review your progress with you weekly and modify your programme as appropriate. We will also provide you with access to the SláinteLife training App preloaded with your own unique programme and enabling you to practice in between your scheduled personal training sessions.

Group Classes

Put your body to the test with these performance classes. We will move through a series of movements targeting all your major muscle groups and smaller supporting ones for a full body workout. The classes are structured so that your heart rate will fluctuate between different levels of intensity.

Pilates Classes 

SláinteLife offers online classical mat Pilates which is very similar to a live studio class. A qualified Pilates instructor directs the class and observes the participants as they follow along with our pre-recorded exercise videos. The instructor ensures that each participant is exercising correctly and safely. Our unique method of teaching allows us to vary intensity, pace of movements or transitions, repetition and exercise type to suit participants needs.
